Let Go. Make Space. Come Home to Yourself. A Chinese Medicine Inspired Retreat for Release & Gratitude

October 16–18, 2026 · The Sherwood House · Catskills, Upstate New York

Hosted by Flora and Qi Wellness & Namaste with Shay

The Harvest & Release Retreat is a 3-day immersive experience designed to guide you through the natural process of letting go.

Inspired by the Metal element in Traditional Chinese Medicine—associated with the lungs and large intestine—this work centers around:

  • release

  • reset

  • breath

  • creating space

Through a blend of Traditional Chinese Medicine, sound healing, breathwork, intentional movement, tea ceremony, and nature-based practices, you’ll be guided through a deeply intentional journey:

From awareness → to release → to integration.

So you can leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself.
