Cancellation Policy
Out of respect for both your time and mine, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled time, or missed appointments, will be charged the full cost of the session.
As a small, service-based practice, each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. When sessions are missed or canceled without notice, it affects the ability to support others who may be waiting for care and impacts the sustainability of this work. I understand that unexpected situations can arise — in cases of true emergencies or unsafe weather, please reach out prior to your appointment, and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

This means your records are stored securely using encrypted systems, and access is limited solely to authorized personnel involved in your care. Information is never shared, sold, or disclosed to any third party without your explicit written consent, except when required by law.
